Wholesale Policy:
Orders: No minimums.

Delivery: In stock items generally ship between 24 - 48 hours. Please call for items not currently in stock unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping: F.O.B. Frisco, TX and carrier will be selected by Lucky 11, Inc., unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Returns: Goods are returnable only with prior authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused. A restocking fee of 25% will be made on authorized returns except in the case of defective goods or a Lucky 11, Inc. error. Please call for a return authorization. Claims must be made within 15 days. No returns after 15 days from the invoice date.

By accepting this agreement, you are certifying that you are engaged as a reseller with a store front and that purchases are for resale.

You further agree that if any property purchased tax free is used or consumed by you as to make it subject to a Sales or Use Tax you will pay the tax due directly to the proper taxing authority when state law so provides or inform the seller for added tax billing.

This agreement shall be a part of each order which we may hereafter give to you, and shall be valid until canceled by us in writing or revoked by the city or state

When you use our shopping cart process; please provide your store name as well as Tax ID information under your Bill to/Ship to address.
